Returnable Products
You can return your products within 60 days of delivery. However, to ensure health and safety, this policy has some specific conditions:

Soaps, Oils, and the Glove: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used consumable items. You may only return these if they are unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

The Razor, Stand, and Unused Blades: We happily accept returns of the razor, stand, and any unused blades, even after you've tried them, provided they are sent back in their original packaging.

Refund Terms & Conditions
Our return policy lasts 60 days. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange after this period.

Case 1: Exchange for Defective Items
If you receive a defective razor or any other faulty item, we will replace it for you free of charge. -
Case 2: Standard Refund
To initiate a return, please email our support team at contact@lovesmooth.com. Returns cannot be processed without prior email authorization.-
Our team will provide you with an individual return address and a custom return label.

Your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item at our warehouse.

Incorrect Returns: Items sent back to an incorrect address or without prior email authorization (received within 60 days of delivery) will not be accepted.

Refund Timing: After we receive your return, please allow 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. If you haven’t received it, first check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times can vary. If you still have issues, contact us.

Special Case: Stripe Disputes: If you open a refund request or dispute directly through Stripe, please be aware that the decision is solely with Stripe. Our support team cannot intervene or influence the process. For defective product claims in this case, a video may be required for approval.
