How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
All orders are processed within 24 hours. You can expect your order to be shipped out within 1-3 business days.
When will I receive my tracking information?
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. This usually happens within 24 hours of it leaving our warehouse. If you haven't received a tracking number after 3 business days, please get in touch with us!
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard delivery time is 2-3 business days. We ship with trusted carriers like Colissimo and Mondial Relay.
Please note that for international orders shipped outside of our warehouse country, customs clearance can sometimes cause delays. We recommend monitoring your tracking information for the most up-to-date delivery status.
